Core Values Learned Ep 5

As I mentioned in episode 4 Core values are your guides to what your goals and mission statement are. When you have your Core Values in place, you let people know where you stand on a particular issue. These people will know whether you will budge on that issue, or problem.
You can and will be viewed as a push over if you do not have a good anchoring to your core values. These values hold you firmly in your character. I look through a list of core values, I found online, and made a list of the values I wanted. Right off the bat the ones I knew I had or wanted were not listed. Yet I believe they are the more important.
After I made a list of all the values I liked and wanted, I started working down and the ones I could do without are the ones I would not be steadfast on, so those would not anchor me nor guide me because they move.
These are the words I chose.
Honesty
Integrity
Loyalty
Transparent
Family
Curiosity
Tenacious
Caring
Ambitious
Zest For Life
Wisdom
Humor
Positive
Bright
Frugal
Growth
Gentleness
Loving
Work
These are the words that I could not budge on. I replaced several words with others and played with it till I was content. I would say if you are stuck and need help try looking through the list of possible words and just grab all that you think would fit you and then try try and try again till you are happy with you lists. Write them down and keep them close.
